"Had a few companies come out and give estimates to replace our old basement windows with block glass. Xavier was the friendliest/professional of them all. They followed through with a great product, and completed the project in one day. We are grateful for the great experience."

"We hired Travis to straighten a 24' brick planter that had developed a severe bow and had motar issues. Travis and his crew were prompt, professional, and finished the work on time. Even with heavy rain delaying the project, the office called each day until they could start. When finished, the planter looked better than when first built. Also, the clean up was amazing. One would think work and customer service of this quality woukd be expensive. But, no, the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend Travis / Bucklew Basement Waterproofing and Masony Repair."

"Phenomenal. Fantastic. Amazing. Quality and Integrity."

"Very smooth install. Ed was nice, personable, and timely. He installed the solar lights efficiently and correctly. And they function perfectly. Fee was very reasonable as well. He’s agreed to install similar lights next weekend at our daughter’s home located about 10 minutes away. We’re in the market for a new handyman, so would not hesitate to contact Ed again. Thank you."

"Twisted Hammers did an amazing job on our bathroom. Their professionalism was great. Their pricing was good. I am completely happy with how our bathroom turned out. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again. The whole team was great. They’re working in a bathroom for someone else I know and it’s turning out so good!"

"Sales Jennifer was great during the sales process. But when there was an issue with the installation day there was almost no communication. I was getting LVP, tile, and carpet and set aside 3 days for them to complete the job. No one showed up the 1st day even though I called several times to verify my appointment and was assured each time I was still on the schedule. The next day after finally getting someone from the corporate office I had to reschedule to have the work done in over 2 days and I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate them. The installers were on time on the rescheduled days and did a good job. (I have found one area where they will need to come back and make LVP flush with the wall...waiting on a call from installation). There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. The corporate office was apologetic and did give me a discount on the work that was done. I don't think I will use them for future work."

"Jeremy helped me in my time of need. He did amazing work, was responsive, and extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend!"
