He was to replace all the grouting for the tumbled marble floor tile and the grout at the intersection of the floor with all vertical surfaces made up of larger marble tile. "Eddie responded to my inquiry quickly, and was able to come by at my first convenience. He did a great job re-grouting/caulking in 2 bathrooms. One required a second visit because water had been getting behind a tile due to the failing grout, and it needed to dry thoroughly to be re-glued. Now you would never know it was not new. He was even able to take care of a tile floor problem in another room in the same visit."

The tile was placed too closely to the electrical outlets and someone had to use a dremel to file the tile so the outlets could be installed, which was a pain.
