"The stain that was used for the shower floor stuck to the tile more than the team had expected. I guess it wasn?t the type of tile they initially thought it was. They came back the following day and took some extra time finishing and cleaning it but the stain didn?t all come up from the tile and there are white spots of residual stain throughout. Kinda hard to tell unless you look close though at least. Was very bummed that the tech dumped the unused stain water onto the recently resurfaced street. Our neighbors aren?t going to be happy with us over that. The pictures attached are after the team came back and said they worked on removing the stain. Paid full price. Took care of the issues with the shower but overall, not the most professional job and wouldn?t hire again."

"Ive had several jobs done over the years where they just left a lot of things for me to do. Kramer has great attention to detail, took his time, took an entire day prepping the floor. He is really good. Cleaned up well after himself and even provided me with a gift at the end of the job. He gave me a swiffer wet jet mop to take care of my floor. It was really nice. A nice suprise and it was very pleasant to work with him."
