"I hired Cory after meeting him and reading his reviews. He started working as we agreed and kept coming back each day until the job was finished. He did 3 bedrooms in tile. The end result is fabulous. At 3 doors he had to blend in 5 year old tile and manage to do a beautiful job even when the old tile widths conflicted with the new . You have to look really close to tell there is a change. Most importantly my wife is absolutely happy with the end result. Cory performed 100%+ on the full terms of our agreement. "They initially told me it would be $925 to clean and seal my Saltillo tile floor and a travertine table. After multiple back and forth, they agreed to $750, but explained that the job would take all day and that they would probably have to come back a second time. The job took 2 1/2 hours for one guy and did not appear to involve particularly skilled workers, although, again after a couple of negotiating phone calls, they also agreed to send a guy to help move the washer/dryer. I figure that works out to around to more than $250 per hour. I would have thought that was a bit much, and might not have agreed to pay it had they not misled me about the amount of work involved. That being said, my floors and table look great."
