"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"Javier did a good job of restoring the polish to my marble tile. In so doing, he made a couple of minor chips in the stone. I called him for a suggestion on a product to repair the chips as I thought we could do the minor repair. He recommended a product that I could not locate. I called him to follow up and he failed to call back."

"Wow, very professional, prompt, generous in giving information about the project. Had to have a vinyl tile floor stripped a few times then waxed. They also cleaned the new carpet on the stairs which contractors had used. We were ecstatic with the outcome on the old tile floor - it is gorgeous, they were hand scraping old wax off, the 60+ year old floor looks stunning. The carpet looks as bright and pretty as when it was installed before the contractors did all the work. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will contact MCC whenever I need cleanup for anything in the future. "After moving into our new house, we noticed the shower caulk was coming out. I am fairly handy, but the shower tile is uneven and i wanted to make sure the new caulk would make a water tight seal, so I made an appt to have Mr. Handyman re-caulk the bathroom. The initial phone call was very easy and the agent suggested i buy my own caulk from home depot to save some money, which i did. the handyman showed up on time and got right to work. he removed the caulk and applied the new caulk in under an hour.
overall, i am satisfied with the work, though the price was a bit high. none the less, i would use them again."
