"In performing my due diligence, I contacted---or attempted to contact---about 5 countertop vendors. Some wanted me to come in and talk with them - they did NOT want to come out to see me any my area of work, which was my kitchen that I was totally remodeling.. Nathan was quick to call me back and set up an appointment - around my schedule. He was prompt and brought actual samples. We talked about countertop options....I had wanted quartz, but we ended up with granite and am I glad we did. The next step was to go and pick out the granite. I took a colleague from work and we had a blast! The lady there was extremely helpful - lot of good choices, but with the floor sample and color scheme I had with me, I was able to choose a slab that had a unique pattern (later became part of my 3 x 5 island). A man came out and laser measured everything.....I was present and was concerned that I hadn't had all my appliances installed yet. No problem. On the day of the actual install, Nathan and crew took less than a day to remove the old C-Top, install a new garbage disposal (I had bought), a new granite sink and the new C-Top and Island (I had built). I came in from work to review and pay the balance. When I walked around the corner, I was totally blown away....WOW---It was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! It was better than I expected!!!!We settled up and I complimented him for his attention to detail, cleanup and overall positive attitude. I would highly recommend Nathan for his high quality work. It is hard to find an artisan these days who not only responds, but takes great pride in his work. Thank you Nathan! Randy"

When tim and his team were done our walls look completely finished and dry. It is a whole new space. We were very impressed by Tims expertise, he was able to look around our old home and point out needed maintenance and repair. His team also cut out old piping in our basement. Added tiger jacks to further secure our structure and raised the sagging in our house. Also added a sub-pump and a new spigot. This team does it all! Not only that but for a very reasonable price. "We had several different companies in mind for our master bedroom flooring project, but we ended up going with Troy at Top Notch Construction! We are SO glad we found him and his crew. Troy came out and did the measurements for our bedroom floor, and he was as able to give me an estimate in writing right away. His estimate for labor and removal of our old carpet (it was nasty, pet stained, etc.) and to install the new flooring was completely fair and doable! We were able to schedule the project within a week of our estimate, and the hey were even able to start a bit earlier and ended the project with my bedroom cleaner than when they started! Our floors look and feel amazing! He provided the trim boards and put down the transition strips between doors and rooms. The entire project from start to finish went way beyond my expectations! I'm going to have him come out for an estimate on our deck next! Again, Troy and his crew were on time, totally patient with me as I picked out the exact luxury vinyl flooring, and he remained non biased about flooring material brands, and that says a lot about a company!
