"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"Wow, very professional, prompt, generous in giving information about the project. Had to have a vinyl tile floor stripped a few times then waxed. They also cleaned the new carpet on the stairs which contractors had used. We were ecstatic with the outcome on the old tile floor - it is gorgeous, they were hand scraping old wax off, the 60+ year old floor looks stunning. The carpet looks as bright and pretty as when it was installed before the contractors did all the work. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will contact MCC whenever I need cleanup for anything in the future. The office admin staff was very good at keeping me informed and communicating with me throughout the entire process. As for the workers themselves they were very polite and took great pains to make sure that they did the job to the best of their ability. I had never cleaned the grout between my tile floors for 20 years, so they did not have an easy job. But when they were finished, I could not be more pleased. "We had 2 separate jobs. One carpet and the other tile in 2 small areas. The carpet crew were very good. The tile installation ended up well when the work was finished by 2 capable and professional women. The 1st crew that came out on Friday to do the work walkeded around on our new carpet with their shoes uncovered and sprawled on the floor while waiting for a call from the office. (Not professional in a residence). The color name of the tile was changed according to installation manager but did not appear to be the color I chose. The 2 person crew left for the day. Spoke to John from warehouse to pick another color. On Monday one person came out to finish but he said he needed another person to help after doing some old tile removal and filling in. (We had expected 2 workers like before) It was not until Wednesday that Lucy and her coworker came and finished the work. It was done in a professional manner with booties worn over shoes/ and or shoes removed upon entering and re-entering home. The salesman did not call back to verify that everything worked out, although we spoke to resolution person, installation manager and another manager from warehouse. (John was very helpful) but I'm not sure if it was him or Donte who only sent 1 worker to finish job the 2nd time, which was not a good decision. All in all it worked out albeit some frustration with lack of delegation from Resolution Dept and Warehouse."
