"We are grateful for his careful, knowledgeable, time-intensive grout repair and replacement work. Also, thorough explanations before and during the project enhanced our understanding of his solution to our tile/grout problem. "This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. We bought a house that needed significant work. I had several contractors in the house at the same time and they all worked well around each other. Redemption flooring owner is an honest and amazing human being. We got to know each other a bit over the course of the time it took to put hardwood floors down and later tile floors. Great personality, and just an all around great human being. Prices were reasonable and the work was emasculate !! Our floors loook fantastic!"

"Excellent service and workmanship. Ceiling tile replace did not go exactly as planned, but Bob went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right."

"Tyler was prompt and professional. Did a better job than I expected. Would definitely hire them again. Great Job!"

"I hired this company. They sent me a very professional sales person who spent time with us to show us what they could do to replace just the two leaded glass panels in our solid wood front =door. We were very pleased with the salesman and he gave us lots of information, answered all our questions. We will be visited by the project manager next week to take measurements and then they manufacture the panels and will install them when they are completed."

"My husband and I are so very pleased with the work done by the guys. Super nice people and very professional. They arrived when they said they would for our 3 days worth of projects. Replaced several interior doors, painted the garage doors and the front door, repaired dry wall in several locations and installed trim in several rooms. True craftsmen and always with a smile. We are spreading the word on the high integrity and quality workmanship of this crew."

"Don and his assistant Tony performed a complete remodel of my 1,000 sf basement, converting it to a large family room, workshop, storage closet, full bath and tile work around an electric fireplace. He is a hard and steady worker and highly skilled, actually masterful with wood. I made a few changes to the original plan which he accommodated. My job was finished in 8 weeks and the outcome is beautiful. Since I did the painting, I can't speak to that element, but everything else he did."
