"I highly recommend Primo Tile. They performed tile work for me on 3 different occasions. All 3 were great experiences. • Repaired wall tile in one of my bathrooms after a plumber had to open the wall up to replace shower fixtures. • Repaired tiles and grout in and around my in-ground swimming pool deck • I had one of my bathroom showers completely re-tiled. The company re-tiling the first time did a horrible job. Tiles were not aligned, Grout looked horrible and started cracking soon after it was finished, leaked in one spot. Rather than dealing any more with that tile company, I called Primo tile. I showed the bathroom shower, they immediately could see all the mistakes, explained what the previous company did wrong, and gave me a fantastic estimate on the spot. They started and completed the whole job the following week. Their work was excellent quality and they completed right on time. • The service was great • Always on time • Clean • Highly skilled • Performed above and beyond when needed at no extra cost, if possible, It’s not easy finding skilled and honest tile professionals and I found that out the hard way. Based on the work Primo tile has performed for me I would highly recommend This company for all tiling projects. If you want quality skilled work, work completed on time, on budget, honesty, good cleanup Primo is the company I would recommend."

"Tony is a master when it comes to tile. He repaired a bunch of poorly installed tile in our house and installed a bunch of new tile. We wish we’d hired him first. Tony is on time, fair, and good with communication. We 100% recommend Tony!"

"We reached out for a quote to do some work in our showers. When Kem showed up he mentioned he could do wonders for our terrazzo tile in the entry way. We worked out a deal and added that to the list of work and we are very glad we did! My wife can not stop talking about how good it looks and says it is the best money we spent on our house! I would recommend Kem for any work you need, he does a wonderful job!"

"Quality work, great reputation. They did a resurface of marble countertop and sealing as well. So happy with the work. Such a polite and professional family owned business. Will gladly call them back for future projects. Very communicative and took care of job start to finish. Prepped job site and cleaned up before they left."

"Done very good, and efficient although some glitches on crack they promise that will come back and reinstall the tile. Kudos to the team especially to Emilio , He was into the project and very professional,Knows how he is doing, person that that you can trust. I have deal with with other contractor, but he is the best and his team. I am very happy! so that is why, I pick again his team to do my kitchen, living and patio, LVP and tile installation."

"In two bathrooms, Val and his assistant removed and replaced cracked and/or molded grout, color sealed it, installed caulking, and installed new tile on shower stall floor. The quality of the work is excellent. It was completed in a timely manner. It was a pleasure meeting Val and I highly recommend his company."

"Cat was very nice to work with and explained her process. She did a great job and my tiles look great."

"Alex does excellent work. Very prompt and would recommend for tile work"

"They responded very quickly to my request and gave me an even quicker appointment. The service guys arrived on time, were friendly and professional. It’s a little too early to give 5 stars as it’s been less than a week for the sealant, but I appreciate their effort and information on how to care for my tile floors. Right now I have clean shiny floors thanks to this company."
