"The remodel project took about 2 weeks to complete.  Part of this time included ReBath coordinating with a flooring company we hired to replace the tile floor in the bathroom and to run the same tile into the master bedroom.  ReBath does an excellent job on tiling floors too, but we wanted tile from another company.  The cost of the tile flooring for the bathroom and bedroom was an additional $4000 above the cost of the bathroom remodel.  The total cost of our project was $22,000.
During the 2 weeks we had plenty of opportunity to observe how the work was being done.  These are our comments regarding our full experience with ReBath:
1.  Working with the ReBath design consultant to plan our remodel was an excellent experience [Bryan Letts].  We were able to pick out all the materials we wanted to use as well as having total input to the design of the remodeled bathroom.
2.  The same 2-3 man work crew came every day and did the complete job from start to finish during this 2 weeks period.  This crew was led by Ismael, who is a plumber, carpenter, and tiler.  It was nice not having different people coming each day as our remodel progressed.
3.  The work crew did an excellent job of cleaning up before leaving each day.
4.  I have never dealt with a more courteous and professional company than all the ReBath people we interfaced with .
5.  Every part of this job was done right as Ismael and crew take the time to do it right the 1st time.
6.  The entire ReBath staff was very accommodating with our all of our requests during this entire project.
7.  The ReBath staff was even responsive to phone calls/messages after the job started.
8.  The only area we could see for a little improvement was on one occasion I was trying to get pricing and a part number on an extra accessory that was not part of the original job scope.  This request was not responded to in a timely manner, but eventually the accessory was provided and installed at no cost!
OVERALL.....BEST JOB EVER!  WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED!

"They do a good job with quoting the granite counter fabrication, tear-out of old counters, etc. They were much less conscientious with the backsplash, and basically did not do what they quoted, which led to a series of mistakes and a bad outcome. They quoted using 1/4 Hardy backer board behind the back splash, but cut corners and installed the backsplash tile over the old lumpy sheet rock, by using too thick an adhesive/mortar base. This led to an uneven tile application with high and low tiles, which would have been avoided if they did what was quoted. the back splash had to be corrected by the homeowner after they left, in addition to the cutouts for outlets, which were not adequately precise in size or location. I would not recommend them unless you are capable of fixing their mistakes. They will not reply to you after they have been paid. Their number one priority was completing the job in one day, irrespective of quality. Too bad, showing up 1.5 hr late and cutting corners contributed to a poor outcome. They could have done better and earned a 5-Star review. With regrets."

"Bill was wonderful to work with. His work was amazing. I didn't believe him when he said he could make my 15-year old shower tile and grout look new again. I thought I was going to have to completely replace the shower. Wow! He was right...it looked so good when he was finished. I have hired him to do the same on my tile floors."

"My bathtub was stuck in the 60’s. The tile was pink and the tub was peeling. Michael came out, was incredibly professional and gave a reasonable quote. His work far exceeded my expectations! I feel like I took a time machine and jumped to a modern spa. I absolutely love it!!!! We are refinishing our kitchen countertops next and Michael will be our first call."

"Joe and Josh with J&J were professionals throughout the job. They did what they said they were going to do, and did it within the agreed upon budget. As with many remodel jobs, they of course came across some unexpected issues that need to be addressed to do the job the “right“ way (such as discovering that there was linoleum under all of the tile that they were removing, having to repair a toilet mounting flange when replacing toilets that were removed during the job, and a few other things) but in every case they did so without complaint, nor nickel and diming us for the incremental and unexpected work along the way. Above all, they were prompt and responsive in their communication regardless of the time of day or day of week. That extended to the occasions I would connect with them asking for some specific element of work to be reviewed due to my very particular expectations that work be done at a high finish level. They were gracious in accepting my feedback and requests and ensuring where needed work was re-done to meet my standards. With our job J&J supplied the labor and we supply the materials, so my only suggestion would be helping future contracts by providing a more specific and full list of things required for the work ahead of time to minimize the back-and-forth I often had to spend at different home-improvement stores in town to get the things that were needed. In the scope of things that is minor though and as much a function of me being relatively unversed in the work and the required materials to complete it. We will definitely contract J&J in the future for some additional projects we would like done around the home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to do improvement and remodel work."
