He was very courteous and did a meticulous job replacing a handful of cracked/chipped floor tiles in our kitchen and laundry room. "I am very pleased with the way the shower now looks.  Due to cracked and old tiles, the shower leaks are now repaired. The leaks were due to the tiles, per plumber evaluation.  The shower full was completely replaced with new tile.  I had no idea it would look as beautiful as it does. 
The work was completed in 1-1/2 days. The technicians, Ryan and Cory worked diligently and professionally in a very "hot" bathroom. They were very considerate of my pets and  my work environment.
Dennie made it a point to check with the men and see that all was going accordingly.  He also checked multiple times with me to see if I was satisfied with the way the job was going. 
I do have more work that will need to be completed in the bathroom.  I am so pleased with the way this job was done and how beautiful my shower looks...I will definitely hire Dennie's Resurfacing for future work.  I will also recommend this company, these workers to friends and relatives.

"Everything went excellent. the owner met with us several times to layout the kitchen. He made suggestions and listened to our thoughts. Our thoughts were that he had the experience so we usually went with his suggestions. Things we wanted he worked with us to give us what we wanted. He accommodated us when we made changes. Workers were here when they said they would be. They explained what they were doing and asked questions about what we wanted. They accommodated us when we wanted changes or didn't like the way something was. The workmanship was excellent. We had a problem with the wrong stove being ordered and several minor things that needed to be corrected or change. These things were done in a timely matter. We feel that the workers made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left."

"Ben was extremely responsive in scheduling this job on short notice. Job was done 3 days after our first contact. I received daily updates on scheduling and arrival time. Ben also worked very clean. All debris and materials were removed at conclusion and he polished the tile after installation. Highly recommended."
