"Yan at Sarasota Perfect Tile did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. We chose the tile, and he took care of the rest. When retiling our shower, he found mistakes made by our builder which allowed water to seep into the floor. Yan made sure that the new tile was effectively sealed and the drywall behind the tile was waterproofed. While the job took a bit longer than expected, I am glad that this business prioritizes quality work over speed! I highly recommend for any of your tiling needs."

"Jonathan has worked on my shower stall before. This time he stopped a leak from a small gap between some tiles and the drainage pipe. Excellent job."

"TPA Flooring did a wonderful job on our hardwood floor refinish. We bought a home with 22 year old floors that desperately needed restoration. They were able to replace a few damaged boards, sand, and stain to completely revitalize our floors in just a week! They provided a fair quote, were able to start work within 2 business days, provided regular updates, and stayed on track with the estimated timeline. They were friendly and easy to work with, tidy and efficient, put everything back together the way they found it, and the quality of the work is outstanding. Thank you for bringing new life to our floors!"

"I recently had my travertine floors, professionally cleaned, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Truly, I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to refresh and maintain their stone floors"
