"Carifa Tile did an excellent job. The tile choices were restricted because we redid half the bathroom, leaving the granite counter and the bathtub in place, and the new tile needed to coordinate with the existing tile and trim. Joe suggested three places for me to find tile, and steered me to composition and color choices that would match and be practical, in stock, and easy to clean. Carifa picked up the tile I purchased, and delivered it to the house. The work was accomplished on schedule. Half the bathroom was demolished and the old shower, shower glass, and floor carried to a dumpster they placed in the drive. The new floor and shower tiles and trim look beautiful. The work was done in a 1930 Clintonville home, where no walls are true, and no floor is level, which makes the final results even more impressive. When the tiling was done Joe had a painter come by to touch up the walls and molding, and a plumber come by to reinstall the original plumbing. Both these jobs went well. The installers cracked the oak threshold, and Joe replaced it with a new threshold which he stained and sealed to match the original."

"Outstanding, deep-cleaning service. Carpets, both wall to wall and area, look great. Jeff was very personable and helpful. He helped move a heavy glass table. A small dog urine stain did not entirely come out, even with extra scrubbing, but he did everything he could and it looks so much better than it did. We will have Jeff back to clean both our tile floors and our hardwood floors. He has special equipment to do both. And we ll hire him again to do the carpets."

"We hired Pro-Flooring and More and Mikhail Tumash to replace bath tile that had fallen off the shower enclosure due to water damage. Water had gotten through the grout and soaked the drywall behind the tile. Mikhail was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions concerning the project. Additionally, he was very flexible with the project schedule, working his schedule around ours. The shower enclosure is beautiful. We will be hiring Mikhail for future tile work as well as recommending him to our friends."
