"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"Quality Flooring Services was able to take care of both my tile floors and my granite counter tops. They fixed two chips in the granite counter top almost seamlessly. I know the chips are there but anyone else looking at the counter top would probably not notice them especially after they polished and resealed them. I am very satisfied with the result. They were also able to save my tile floor in the kitchen. For some reason the spills and spots seemed to be sticking to the cheap sealer I had applied. Even mopping and hand cleaning did not get them off. I was thinking of replacing them until I called Quality Flooring Services. They came in and buffed off the old sealant and use professional grade sealant instead and so far they are holding up great. They look like new and just regular mopping removes the stains from the spills around the stove (I am a sloppy cook!), the sink, dishwasher, water dispenser and pet water fountain. And they were very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again."

"Wow, very professional, prompt, generous in giving information about the project. Had to have a vinyl tile floor stripped a few times then waxed. They also cleaned the new carpet on the stairs which contractors had used. We were ecstatic with the outcome on the old tile floor - it is gorgeous, they were hand scraping old wax off, the 60+ year old floor looks stunning. The carpet looks as bright and pretty as when it was installed before the contractors did all the work. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will contact MCC whenever I need cleanup for anything in the future. "This company was amazing. They were so professional and the work that was done was fantastic. The office admin staff was very good at keeping me informed and communicating with me throughout the entire process. As for the workers themselves they were very polite and took great pains to make sure that they did the job to the best of their ability. I had never cleaned the grout between my tile floors for 20 years, so they did not have an easy job. But when they were finished, I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend them and you will be glad you did. I sure was!"

"After moving into our new house, we noticed the shower caulk was coming out. I am fairly handy, but the shower tile is uneven and i wanted to make sure the new caulk would make a water tight seal, so I made an appt to have Mr. Handyman re-caulk the bathroom. The initial phone call was very easy and the agent suggested i buy my own caulk from home depot to save some money, which i did. the handyman showed up on time and got right to work. he removed the caulk and applied the new caulk in under an hour.
overall, i am satisfied with the work, though the price was a bit high. none the less, i would use them again."
