Don and his crew put in a French drain in our yard, so that water can drain away from around our window wells and keep them from filling with water! After Don left you could hardly tell that they were here except for where we asked them to put the excess dirt in a low spot in our yard. His workers even removed the rocks from the dirt and racked it level! I highly recommend Sure Dry Waterproofing (Donald Felton) Very professional and a Great person to work with! Don also installed a new sump pump in our basement at a very reasonable price and gave us a 5 year warranty on it (the manufacturer only gives you 3 years)!"

The young man for Arwood Waste showed up a little early and removed all junk from inside and out on the driveway which required two loads. "Where do I start.... I called Dave once we closed on our house. The entire Interior / trim needed wallpaper removal, and fresh paint. Luckily I had and empty house to work with for about a month. He made sure he squeezed me in before we moved, which was a huge plus. After discussing my budget, we came to an agreement on a price that was more than reasonable. He and his team worked day / night / weekends to make sure it was done on time. I took forever to pick out colors, etc... and he never was impatient with me. He finished 90% of it on time, the other part was because I couldn't make a descision on color for that area. He came after we moved in and knocked that out promptly. Any touch ups, fixes etc that were needed, he came and did with no issue. He even took the liberty of going out and purchasing all the new air vents, and other things we needed. He even came back and repainted the kitchen completely after we wanted to change the color. I would highly recomend his company, and will use him again. Stand up guy."
