Cheapest Ive found and has always been right on time while providing a professional service. Last time I needed junk removal was for a home we were selling where the renter destroyed the home and left it full of junk and trash. The young man for Arwood Waste showed up a little early and removed all junk from inside and out on the driveway which required two loads. They wrapped the glass items and dishes very well. They worked very carefully packing and moving, making sure nothing got damaged. They handled the furniture as if it was their own. "Fine They were helpful to see that I was wasting money on a HVAC company and their contractual cost I was paying. Two different visits each $65 minimum for Choice Home Warranty. Wait until the thing is not working then call Choice Home Warranty."
