"Did not recieve the estimate after the consultant arrived. When I called back received the estimate very quickly. However the estimate was over 20K for 15 plantation shutter windows which is about double any of the other estimates."

"The customer service from choosing the window treatments to having them installed was excellent. The communication was always prompt and professional. We would definitely recommend their services."

"Arctic Window Tinting was so easy to work with. Bob helped us select the proper film for our great room windows after discussing what results we were aiming to achieve. He provided an immediate estimate and scheduled the installation for a few days later. Mike arrived on time and worked quickly to install the film. We are completely satisfied with the professional service of Arctic Window Tinting and love the glare reduction and protection from UV rays. The view through our windows actually looks better with the film."

"Good job and wooden blind works well. I suggest that items be returned wrapped to prevent any mishap in transporting."

"They came and installed the windows last October, and I have not been too thrilled with the quality of the windows.  Bruce told me that I had a lifetime warranty, but was never given anything in writing.  I was never show how to operate these windows as swell.  As of right now, when you bring the window in to clean it, you have to be very careful so that the window does not fall off.  One of the windows did actually fall off as one of the clips would not allow me to push the window up or down.  I am now not able to operate that window without the window falling off. When they came back to inspect the work, I was told that they did not cap the base of that window correctly.  Because the window was not capped correctly there is water coming in.  They said they would cap the base of that window on my next install. They are coming back out today to fix the window that will not open without falling off and they said they will cap the base of the other window as well.  Bruce told me that I would not be charged for any of these problems.  When I spoke to the company they said there would be a charge as Bruce was no longer working there anymore.  I feel very strongly that I should not be charged for the capping of the window that they forgot to cap."

"Everything went fine and I'm very pleased with my blinds."

"Amanda from Homemade design provided me with a variety of suggestions for couches, end-tables, lamps, window coverings, rugs, paints, accessories to match my style and color preferences for my living room. Amanda has better than great ideas and worked to stay within my budget. I also hired Amanda to design my kitchen, dining room, game room, and master bedroom and bath. Building and furnishing a house is a daunting task, and Amanda was a great help in putting it all together. I couldn't have done it without her. Well done Amanda! Would I recommend Amanda? Yes Yes Yes!!"

"I bought a big deal on Angie's list from this company for 16 hours of painting.  I had originally scheduled for the end of April but phoned to see if Julio could work us in sooner.  They did.  They painted the ceiling, the beams on the ceiling, walls, and all trim.  We had three different color paints so it was tricky but they were careful and it looks nice.  They also sanded the rough spots.  There were two men, Chris and Lito.  They were very professional.  They covered all of the furniture, carpeting, and mantle.  When they left, they cleaned up nicely.  I would definitely recommend this company.

"The crew came on time, was very professional and did a great job. They got twice as much done as I thought they'd be able to do. They moved furniture, prepped the walls, covered the furniture, and got straight to work. They helped me make some last-minute decisions and they were incredibly productive. Afterwards, they cleaned up completely. The were awesome and I will definitely use Kargmans again - and will refer my friends to them."
