If anything goes wrong with the windows, they have a lifetime warranty, so they will get fixed. The problem I had was that two workers wanted to come back and fix something the day I had my family coming into town and that they had to reschedule. They never called me back to reschedule. I've been busy doing other things. They need to work on their communication skills, both internally and with the customer."
