During that first conversation we talked a bit about what I was interested in having her do, which was help me to pick paint colors for three adjacent first floor rooms. On 10/6/14, Grace appeared promptly and walked through the house giving advice on what we could do to open the rooms up. She also took pictures so she could take them back to her studio. On 10/17/14, Grace returned with paint chips of her recommended colors. I do feel that she listened to what we wanted and returned with suggestions that met or requirements. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating.
