"Very pleased with my remodeling and my beautiful new window."

"The salesman came out and quickly advised me that instead of replacing the windows and frames, which is what his company would do, I should call a glass replacement company. Extremely nice, professional and saved me from spending money I didn’t have to."

"Window logic did a great job of replacing our windows and doors. From beginning to end the whole process was professional. Highly recommend this team for their work."

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"Angie's List provided a number of reviews for companies who performed window replacement. Premier Window and Door had the most reviews, and the reviews were all excellent. I called Premier and Brenda Robledo was so wonderful on the phone. Both she and her husband, Raul Robledo, came to my house to discuss what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Both Brenda and Raul were outstanding, from the first phone call that I made through the work that Raul and Sergio, his assistant, performed. They were punctual, professional, courtesy, conscientious, and kind. From the beginning, they worked with my schedule and with the unpredictable weather. Their work was exceptional. In the next few weeks, I will be making another appointment with Premier to do additional work pertaining to my doors. I recommend this company without reservation. I do not think you would find finer people with whom to work on a window project. They are definitely ten stars!"

"Excellant Presenter! He was very knowledgable about his product and other company's product, and he was willing to please and answered all my questions precisely. However, he pushed to make the sale, not giving me time to research other companies and their windows. We'll see about the quality and professionalism when they deliver and install the windows."

"Excellent. HISTORY OF WHY WE HIRED INSULATION WORKS: We had what we thought was a reputable company come in to "install" radiant barrier, ceiling & wall insulation on a new addition. That "other" company did a very poor job from start to "finish". They did not have plastic sheeting to put down on windows, doors & floors prior to spraying radiant barrier in an open construction building, so they were stopped from doing that aspect of the job. All of the insulation was installed with the pink insulation side showing & much of the paper backing was found to have numerous tears in it, thus losing the vapor barrier effect. There were also numerous non-insulated areas such as around the outlets, that could potentially cause significant air & heat loss. One of the outlets was even fully covered over with insulation. We contacted the field supervisor & management, and pictures were taken by the field supervisor to provide staff training, etc. Quality Management contacted us regarding the job and assured us that there was no money due for the poor work. That "other" company was not brought back to finish the job. Consequently, we searched Angie's List and found "Insulation Works". They provided appropriate estimates to re-do much of the insulation & apply radiant barrier to one of the main rooms. In the meantime we were re-doing some of the insulation ourselves in the other rooms in attempts to salvage as much of the insulation as possible. There was a great deal of waste due to ripped vapor barrier. "Insulation Works" was a lifesaver. They were very professional, customer service oriented, friendly, knowledgeable, offered suggestions to improve the insulating properties and arrived at their agreed upon times. I can definitely say that "Insulation Works" went above & beyond our expectations. I would absolutely rehire them if ever needed and highly recommend their services. Thank you again !!"

"Technician came within the allotted window time. Told me what was wrong and fixed it. Went quickly and smoothly."
