"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. "We had a very bad hailstorm. Shawn Rise of Lakewoods had to do some very difficult negotiating with the insurance company. Our original siding wasn't made any more and Lakewoods had to convince the insurance company that the quality we had was comparable to the top quality of the replacement. Shawn also made excellent suggestions on siding color to complement our brickwork. 
The most difficult set of circumstances occurred because our windows were an expensive Pella Designer Collection and that didn't "fit" the insurance company's "formula." So, Lakewoods spent weeks with the adjuster and his supervisor to convince them to pay the additional cost for replacement. They were very successful.
