They set up painter cloth and plastic covers to protect my furniture and carpets. They were very patient with my kid and cats. The group included Victor, Alberto, Gilbert, Christian, Erik, Cody, & Mike. They cleaned up the entire work area, and walked me through how to use my windows. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Wow. I was in a BAD spot. I've been caretaking for my mother and father's 1962 house while pops is in the hospital recovering from heart surgery. Came home to see someone had unsuccessfully tried to break into the house. They were, however, successful at breaking a window. What a "Pane in the Glass"! Since mom is peaking in stress, I needed to get this fixed ASAP before she got home tonight, at approx 9:00. I found out about it at 5:00pm. Crap! I called Glass Doctor, who had Aliki T. call me back (almost immediately) and give me some great pointers on how to get this situation resolved in quick order. After following her instructions, I took the glass out while my sis went and picked up the new pane. I now have it fixed, just waiting for paint, and that was @ 7:30pm! What great advice! You ROCK! "I received a confirmation from Choice Home for my claim within hours of filing my claim. Included in the confirmation was the Contractors Name, Phone number and the window for service. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. In all it was a positive experience."
