"Awful experience, replaced the siding in a couple sections per their recommendation, had a horrible color match(that I told their salesperson was wrong) and they fully installed the wrong color despite my objections. It was so bad that I now tell everyone that will listen DO NOT USE HOME GENIUS for even the simplest repair."

"At first I rated them a 5 but they had me put in a review before the job was even completed. They used old tarp from previous jobs. There were debris all over my bedding and furniture from the old plastic tarp. If they needed new tarp I would supply them. Who knows what the previous projects had in their homes. I didn't notice till after they left. Yes, you definitely will need to vacuum. Which I expected, but not having to wash all bedding and vacuum furniture. The windows look good, but it's so much cleaning afterwards. So when they say you'll never notice they were there. Was not true at all. One of my bushes in the front were also damaged and trampled on."

"The job was done with multiple cancellations and changes after the contract was signed. This is on the contractor side. The person he hired to do the house power wash left a portion of the house under the deck unwashed. The contractor took my personal information l provided to Angi and transferred it to another website without my consent. I will not use this contractor again. I am also considering not using Angi again. I think the company has gone downhill from what it was. Maybe it is managed by new owners."
