"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Great service and install. Ended up ordering new windows a few months later."

"Went well. Took 2 1/2 days to get tech out, during freezing temps, but everyone was busy with the cold snap. Tech was on time, for the window we were given. Very professional and helpful!"

"EXCELLENTLY! Couldn't have asked for a better experience and amazing sun room! Windows and screens can be removed for easy cleaning. New flooring is waterproof in case it rains and we aren't home to close windows. Demo was one day/finished the next! On time/ professional/ amazing finished product! We love it!!!"

"Window World of Beckley installed windows in my home in 2011. I was so pleased with the installation and the efficiency of the windows that I hired them again in April 2014 to install more windows in the same home. I hope to have Window World complete the windows in my entire home by Spring 2015. My home looks and feels amazing."

"Technician arrived within the specified window of time presented. Returned with the part needed for my problem. Technician was friendly, courteous and professional."

"Mr Machen has impressive skill with both removing difficult 1930's steel windows and installing replacement windows. He does an excellent job wrapping the exterior of the window with metal, resulting in a beautiful finished look. He is quite compulsive with insulation and caulking as well. He removed all the old windows and debris and left a clean job site. Couldn't ask for better work.
