"I contacted their sales rep who worked with me over a period of a few months to set this plan in motion.  He was very helpful, honest and attentive.  I appreciated that he didn't hound us for the sale.  Once installation day came, the team showed up on time.  They were very neat, and very very polite.  We were impressed at how efficiently this team performed together.  It was clear that they had their routine down to an art. They took out the old windows and put the new ones in a very efficient manner in the middle of January!!  They worked so diligently that our house never even cooled. The windows fit and look great.  They did a nice job of cleaning up, both inside and outside the house.  And they finished all of this in one day.  Start to finish, I believe they installed everything in 6-7 hours!  I cannot say enough good things about this whole experience.  And they charged less than half the price of their local competition!  I can't wait to recommend them to my friends and family.

"We contacted Green Valley for siding, roof and window installation on our house. I talked to them on a Friday and they were able to have someone there by the next Wednesday. After a quick response and a great price we decided to go with them. When measuring for the roof we made the comment that we had some leaks and with all the up coming rain they were able to squeeze us in and complete the rear off and installation in one day. It took a little bit for them to get the siding and windows in but they ordered so the siding would be the same stock number and the windows had some odd sizes. When the windows were in they sent Scott and Jared up to install them, they removed 11 windows and installed the new ones all in one day. When doing the siding Scott and Jared were up again, this part took a little longer but after everyday they went around and picked up the yard. Every question I had they were able to answer it for me. The siding and windows turned out amazing!! When all done I had one complaint and David Flores was up on the final walk through and had it fixed right away. We had a very big project and they were able to get it done and stayed right in budget. If you need and kind of remodeling done on your house I would not hesitate to hire this company."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Following a tornado, I needed to replace the roof, siding, soffits, fascia wrap, and gutters on both my house and my garage. Because this work was being done, we also decided to add new replacement windows. John from Elite Seamless Gutters worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure that my claim was complete and that all of the damage due to the tornado was being covered. His work with the adjuster caused my insurance company to increase the loss payout by 33%. I also know that my job was going to be done with quality materials that are more durable and will last longer than what my insurance company had specified. For instance, .044 vinyl siding rather than .040 siding. A more durable roofing shingle than what my insurance had specified. Other companies I had interview were more than happy to put on the lesser quality, insurance suggested product for the same money. John took the time to make sure that the job would be done right and that it would last. When John's crew was finally able to begin working on my house, his roofing crew of Billy, Darrell and Rupert did a wonderful job of stripping, repairing the unforeseen damage to the decking and covering my roof. At all times they kept my roof protected even when threatened by rain. They even took time to remove a brick chimney for me and cover over the opening before roofing. After the roof was completed, two other men of John's crew, Steve and Brian began to work on the remainder of the exterior of my house. They treated my house as if it was their own. Both Steve and Brian are assets to Elite's reputation. Their attention to detail and hard work shows. The numerous little things that Steve did to ensure that the job is done neatly and correctly go above and beyond what I have seen with other renovation companies. Every day, following their day of work, they would take care to clean up their job site making sure that my residence didn't look like a dump even though we were in the middle of a renovation.
