"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I recently had all the windows and a glass sliding door
replaced in my home by Dream Home Remodeling. 
This experience was the most positive and easiest remodeling project I
have experienced.  Luis Candela, the owner of the company, came to my home to demonstrate his product, which he did with excitement and pride.  He was so
detailed in his explanation of the benefits of his product and it was obvious
that his windows were far superior to any others that I had seen.  Although his windows were priced higher than the advertised prices of other companies, it was obvious from the beginning of his presentation that his product was better constructed and that Luis would do
anything he could to make the process easy and would go out of his way to make
everything work the way I wanted.  The
installation did end up to be a very easy and quick process.  The installers showed up on time, worked diligently, and finished in one day. 
They were very accommodating by replacing everything they had moved and
cleaning up after completing the work. 
When Luis returned to inspect the results, he was so excited and proud
of how the project had turned out.  He
again explained to me the benefits of these windows over the competition and
the features that made them a superior product. There was one item that I had
initially requested that was not completed to my satisfaction.  He immediately remedied the problem without question, demonstrating his outstanding customer service.  He would not stop until everything was completed to my satisfaction.  I am so satisfied with this experience and with working with Luis, that I plan to use his company in the future to do some remodeling in my kitchen.  I know that I made a positive investment in my
home for now by enhancing the look of my home and saving my energy costs, but
also in the future by increasing the resale value of my home.  I would recommend Dream Home Remodeling with 100% confidence to anyone and look forward to working with this company in the future.

She carpet cleaned throughout the house and scheduled her to do all the windows. She did an awesome job. Eric and Hope make a great team. Eric gave me a free estimate to screen in my back deck and replace the steps on my front porch. His price was reasonable and he did quality work. I highly recommend them for any work you need. "I am always very skeptical when it comes to people working on anything that I am responsible for. With that in mind our home is 30 years old and was in need of painting and some areas around our windows, gutters and chimney were rotting and in need of repair. Gonzalez Painting came out and did an estimate that I was unfortunately unable to be present for. So I called them and rescheduled a time for me to talk with the painting team and I walked around the house with them and talked through my concerns. After we finished, they got started immediately. They worked for two days to finish the work. 2 guys the first day to work through the majority of the carpentry and caulking that needed to be done as well as the window treatment. The 2nd day a team of 4 people came by and worked like a well oiled machine. Since I do carpentry myself I would say their level of work in the area of carpentry is a 7 but the level of detail, knowledge, skill and efficiency of their painting, is at least an 8.5 but I would give them a solid 9 for our home. Our home is just under 2500 sq ft and they did an amazing job. The house looks amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they pressure washed and stained our deck. Great team, wonderful work, and a 99.9% satisfied customer. Please give them a call."

"I thought I had an actual appointment time but instead  I had a several hour window with which they could come and start the job. One man was on the roof while the other worked inside in the fireplace opening. They were very careful to keep the dirt off the carpet which I appreciated. I would have them again now that I understand how they schedule.

"Richard is finishing up the project (built a tile shower and installed new floor) today. I have no hesitation to wait until it's finished later today to write this. He's amazing and the work is the best. While the bathroom is upstairs, we agreed to use the bathroom window to throw out the old pieces of shower and flooring so that he wouldn't track through the house and make it more efficient. He put cardboard on the deck outside the window to prevent damage to the deck. There were a few places on the window sill that needed sanding and touch up paint. He is the one who brought it to my attention and let me know he would be taking care of it. It's the little details that make his work and him the best!"
