I thought price was a very fair price for installation and clean up. The workers that put my windows in were good and didn't take them long to put them in. The caulking around my windows was very neat and clean . I did notice once windows were in it reduced outside noise alot. They cleaned up around the house nicely also. I would recommend window shopping to all my friends and would buy from them again. I'm looking now to put screen doors on in the future. I’m a hardworking person who doesn’t like to leave projects half finished or looking sloppy, I can be a bit of a perfectionist. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"After three years of living in our remodeled home, my sister
and I began experiencing water seepage in three different locations in our
finished basement. Rather than let the problem get out of hand, we decided to
repair it. We contacted three different companies for repair estimates.
 
Following one outrageous estimate from a big name company and
one reasonable estimate from another company, Brian Flanagan of Basement
Waterproofing Solutions was the third person to visit our home. We were
immediately impressed with his knowledge. He provided us with an honest
assessment of what he believed was causing our seepage problem - foundation
cracks around our basement windows. To solve our seepage issues, Brian suggested
cutting through the drywall in our basement and sealing the cracks in two of
the three locations where we had water seepage. He told us that we would be
responsible for having the drywall repaired after the work was completed. In
the third location, rather than cut through the drywall, Brian believed the
crack could be sealed from the exterior of our home. He explained that this solution
would be less destructive because the drywall wouldn?t need to be cut open,
which would also save us money. My sister and I appreciated Brian?s willingness
to suggest the most cost-effective solutions for our home. Unlike the big name
company that came to our house, he didn?t try to scare us into paying for expensive
solutions that were well beyond the scope of our needs.
 
Brian quoted us a price of $700 to repair three foundation
cracks as well as any additional cracks
found during the repair process. He even stated that he would have his crew
seal the exterior of our home in several places to prevent water penetration. We
were impressed with the fact that he put this all in writing. His price was the
lowest estimate we received and even included an Angie?s List coupon that Brian
gave us himself. After considering the cost, Brian?s expertise,
professionalism, and the hassle-free solution he offered, we decided to give
him the job.
 
Brian?s crew was scheduled to come
out the following Saturday, but he called the night before to say that the crew
could not come due to one worker having a family emergency. I informed Brian
that I was displeased with the last-minute notice. In an effort to apologize
for the inconvenience, he stated that he would have his crew come out the
following week. He also said that he would have them repair the drywall at no
additional cost to us. We thought this was a wonderful deal and demonstrative
of Brian?s willingness to go beyond the call of duty to satisfy his customers.
 
One week later, two workers
promptly arrived as scheduled. They went over the work to be done and asked us
if we had any questions.  We answered no,
and they began working. The workers were courteous and professional as well. Before
they finished, Brian showed up to inspect the work and make sure we were
pleased with everything.  We expressed
our satisfaction, and the men finished up. They cleaned up after themselves as
well.  As promised, the workers returned
a few days later to repair the drywall. They replaced and sanded it at no cost
to us.
 
We really appreciated the care Brian
and his workers took in addressing our seepage issues and making sure that we
were pleased with their work. We waited to write a review until we had some
rain. We haven?t had any more problems thus far. Only time and heavier
rainstorms will let us know if we are in the clear. However, Brian told us to call
if we have any more problems. He stands by his work and we have no doubt that
he will work hard to resolve any future issues should they arise. We appreciate
Brian Flanagan?s honesty, expertise and professionalism. We would highly

"Agape came prepared to go up on my roof and looked in my attic to locate the areas where water was entering my interior. They communicated my options thoroughly and professionally, and far exceeded other companies that gave estimates in these regards. The price for the repair (and to replace the entire roof) was only several hundred more than some estimates, but I hands down felt more confident in Agape.

The work was completed in several hours, they cleaned up, and were pleasant to chat with.

Update: My roof was leaking in 1-2 spots the next day (but I will say my roof is in bad need of replacing on this side). Agape came out during a horrendous storm and were up on the roof as soon as it cleared to fix it. Problem solved.

Update:  I put a down payment down on the roof replacement last month; the work is not scheduled yet; and after reading some of the negative reviews from this summer, I am getting concerned about completion. I took a loan out for this!

UPDATE: After cashing a deposit in October, Mike still has not scheduled my roof and has missed multiple deadlines to schedule the work (I consistently asked for a window of time) and to provide various documentation on the work he will perform. I have document texts, emails, and phone logs--which show either a lack of professional and appropriate response or illness and being overbooked. After missing a 3rd deadline for a response, I am requesting my deposit back. For these reasons, I am changing my rating of this providers."

"This was the service provided by AHS's contractor Myers Comfort Specialist.  They would only provide a 2hr window with a 30 min notice of when they would be there. They agreed to come out between 3pm - 5pm that day; later around 4:30 I call to see when they would be out and discovered the tech had call the wrong number and they couldn't come out until the next day. The tech came out and diagnosed the problem, but he need a part. Later that day, when I called to inquire about a time frame I was told by a supervisor that the technicians do not turn in paperwork until the next morning and then the part would be ordered. I received a call the next day that the part was available, but they could only come out between 1pm and 5pm with a 30 min notice. I ask to schedule the first appointment for the next day and was told they would set up a time to be out between 8am - 10 am with a 30 min notice. At 10am the next morning, no call, no show. I called MCS and was told the technician was delayed at the warehouse picking up the part and would call shortly. (I'm not sure why the part was not picked up the day before when they said the could come out?) Also called AHS and explained the situation and asked to have the $75 service fee waved, which they agreed to do. The tech arrived about 11am installed the part and was finished about noon. Between the initial call and the repair visit I end up missing almost a whole day of work.
