"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"Very well. They replaced all upstairs windows this time. We had Window World replace the downstairs windows last year. Eight windows upstairs. Seventeen windows downstairs last year."

"Went well. Took 2 1/2 days to get tech out, during freezing temps, but everyone was busy with the cold snap. Tech was on time, for the window we were given. Very professional and helpful!"

"Still waiting for windows, hopefully have them soon."

"It went ok - professional and knowledgeable.  He did identify a place where a repaired window was not properly sealed and caulked for us - much appreciated.  When it was all said and done, we never did find the source of the leak - so we ended up getting a new roof."

"I was originally scheduled for the service in July but the day of the appointment the tech got tied up with another client and wasn't able to keep the appointment.  He notified me of his predicament when I called wondering if he was coming since it was past the scheduled window period for the appointment.  He was surprised that the office hadn't notified me earlier that I would have to reschedule.  I was told that the office would contact me to reschedule.  When I hadn't heard from anyone a week later I initiated the call and voiced my concern that I had to contact them instead of the other way around.  Although apologetic, it did not appear that there was any note on my account detailing the need to call me to reschedule due to the tech's involvement with another client. I wasn't happy that I had to take time off from work twice to get the work done but understood it was an emergency. I was more unhappy that the "office" hadn't followed through.
The tech was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.
