"The installers were wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and CLEAN! Youâ d barely know theyâ d been there!. And our sales person really helped us understand the best, but not most expensive windows for our house. If I need more windows they will be back!"

"The sales staff that came were very helpful and explained the process and the product really well. I booked right away and was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks wait for the windows to be made. The remeasure guy came the next day 4 weeks later I received a call on Monday that my windows were in. The install guys came on Wednesday around 9 am and were done by 2. They were nice and knew what they were doing. Every one has commented the windows improved the look of the home. I am a very happy Customer!!"

"Took a bit of time for the windows to be made but install was right away after that. Install crew were amazing, courteous and kind. Dry informative and actually knew what they were doing. Even cleaned up after themselves."

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"Windows from Zen are excellent looking double-pane windows at an affordable price (plus, I took advantage of an Angie's List special package deal).  A tremendous improvement over our existing bare aluminum windows. Everything was as-advertised and the windows had no damage or issues whatsoever.  The installers came when they said they would and the installation is neat and professional-looking.  I will call Zen when I get around to replacing other windows and doors.

"Mr. Banks was courteous and professional on the phone and in person when he measured our windows and showed us options for light blocking shades. We paid a $400 deposit on top of Angie's List coupon value of $500 (out of pocket was $199 for coupon). We thought the additional deposit was high considering the money already invested along with the coupon value. We ordered 6 shades on 5/27/15 and were told we would have our shades in three weeks. Due to extenuating circumstances (Mr. Banks was out of town for an emergency) our shades were installed two months after ordering. While I was unhappy with the long wait time and sporadic communication I am very happy with the installed shades. One of the blinds had a small defect in the fabric that we noticed on install and Mr. Banks brought a new one out the next day and installed it. Overall I feel certain that we would have had the promised three week turn-around if the family emergency had not occurred.

"Erik and his crew were great to work with. Erik's communication was excellent - he kept me in the loop through the entire process. They were all professional, courteous and punctual. They did a great job cleaning up after their work, and the new windows look terrific. I will definitely call Erik again when we need window or gutter work done on our house. I wish all contractors could take lessons from Erik on how to work with their customers."
