"Delivery of windows was professional and careful"

"The installers were wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and CLEAN! Youâ d barely know theyâ d been there!. And our sales person really helped us understand the best, but not most expensive windows for our house. If I need more windows they will be back!"

"Thomas and Easton were amazing, extremely helpful, extremely professional, polite and just all around awesome to work with. I love how the the exclusive GlassWing window is very good quality made from pure vinyl."

"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

"Professional, courteous and respectful throughout the whole process! The windows are beautiful and the quality is remarkable. I recommend working with them and we will contact them again when we are in need of any service they provide."

"

I can not say enough good about the work Josh and his crew did. They were very professional and worked with my insurance company to get roof repair covered due to wind damage. I had faulty shingles put on 12 years ago and insurance company was trying to say this was all due to the poor shingles, Josh worked with adjustor and showed her the wind damage aside from the faulty shingles. Also had sliding window installed in attic later and that turned out very well.

Very happy with their work and everything done in a timely manner. Clean up was great.

"Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"

"They assumed the project was for interior windows. My project is for porch windows preferably and more affordably done by a local handy man! He gave an honest assessment and wished my project was vetted better up front!"

"I love my windows. They are so easy to clean and so light to lift. I was amazed by how quickly my windows went in. I would absolutely recommend them for new windows."

"Had a great experience! From start to finish, Patrick was extremely professional, hardworking, and clearly very experienced at what he does. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to have an egress window installed."
