"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"Universal windows delivered as promised. The installers were professional, courteous and thorough, right down to the cleanup. The windows look great and we look forward to functionality and energy savings."

"I am very pleased with the communication of this company. I reached out to them at a job site and met Leaha's their project manager. The properly got me setup for an estimate of services. I did decide to replace 4 front windows. Deposit was easy to make. Windows came in timely. Yesterday my project manager was also Leah who came first advised me what was going to happen, whom was coming and when. My window team came, two great guys that amazed me how quick they got my windows out. They were upmost polite and respectful of my home and myself. Very little dust and they cleaned up everything. My windows were put in 1982 and I had cracks and they were unsafe. This team worked wonders.....new easy to be clean tilt in windows ...even easy for a woman to move. The window guys the caulking is the best Ive ever seen....so sealed and straight. The went over how to remove screens, clean windows. Kudos to the entire team. Project Manager Leaha drove back...spoke with me, inspected"

"The process went very smoothly. And on time. Unfortunately, of the 4 windows we had installed, two have developed structural problems..one window had the entire sash fall out during cleaning. Today, another window refuses to stay up after a cleaning. These windows are Vinylmax brand. They have a lifetime warranty. Good thing since they seem to be made poorly."

"I live in Chesapeake, VA my Mom (87 years old) lives in D.C. She needed new windows very badly. Home Advisor referred me to NOVA EXTERIORS. When I called and explained to them where I live and where my mom lives Mr. Sam O. immediately said I got you and we get her what she needs and will make your mom very happy. WELL, Mr. Sam O. did. My mom was so happy with the side sliding windows. Side sliding window made it very easy for her to open the windows and not lifting up and down. My Mom fell in love with Mr. Sam O. I questioned the quality of the side sliding windows against the hinge windows. He assured me that the sliding windows were just as good as the hinge windows. The windows looked so good my mom wanted shutters like her neighbor. Well, Mr. Sam O. made it happen. There was a little discrepancy in the shutters sized, which probably was the fault of my mom and I not understanding the size of the shutters. When I mentioned my issue about the shutters Mr. Egan, immediately made it right at no additional charge. Nova Exterior Inc. has been very professional, courteous, understanding, cheerful, etc. Words cannot express my satisfaction. My Mom fell in LOVE with Mr. Sam O. He had my (ornery) mom (smile) eating out of his hands. A feat I have not yet master with her. (smile). We will HIGHLY recommend and use this company again. Thanks so much!!"
