"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"Great service and install. Ended up ordering new windows a few months later."

"Technician came within the allotted window time. Told me what was wrong and fixed it. Went quickly and smoothly."

"EXCELLENTLY! Couldn't have asked for a better experience and amazing sun room! Windows and screens can be removed for easy cleaning. New flooring is waterproof in case it rains and we aren't home to close windows. Demo was one day/finished the next! On time/ professional/ amazing finished product! We love it!!!"

"Window World of Beckley installed windows in my home in 2011. I was so pleased with the installation and the efficiency of the windows that I hired them again in April 2014 to install more windows in the same home. I hope to have Window World complete the windows in my entire home by Spring 2015. My home looks and feels amazing."

"Technician arrived within the specified window of time presented. Returned with the part needed for my problem. Technician was friendly, courteous and professional."

"Mr Machen has impressive skill with both removing difficult 1930's steel windows and installing replacement windows. He does an excellent job wrapping the exterior of the window with metal, resulting in a beautiful finished look. He is quite compulsive with insulation and caulking as well. He removed all the old windows and debris and left a clean job site. Couldn't ask for better work.
