He showed up promptly, professionally, and was very friendly. I would have recommended him to anyone after that first experience. BUT, then about a month later, I had another electrical problem that I could figure out. I called Robert and again he showed up that SAME DAY. He fixed the problem within a half hour then told me that he couldn't even charge me for it because it was such a simple fix. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you call RW electric.
