"Everything went well except that when the electrician installed a junction box (strangely, there wasn't one before), a large crack developed in the mirror. He stopped work immediately, called the issue to my attention and reported the problem to his boss. Streamline Electric called me promptly with assurances that they would have the mirror replaced. They were true to their word and, in fact, followed up with me several times to assure that the replacement was scheduled by the mirror company and then made sure that the electrician was present when the new mirror was installed so that he could finish the electrical work. Streamline gets the highest rating from me for outstanding customer service! Their professionalism and the quality of their electrical work was equally impressive as their customer service. I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them highly."

"Wire Works is excellent! I left a panic-sounding voicemail after hours when I smelled an electrical-type burning scent near my fuse box. Laura from the office called within minutes of opening and scheduled Tom to come out that afternoon. Tom was wonderful! He quickly assessed the scent, thoroughly inspected the fuse box and wiring in attic and assured me the electrical was safe. While the scent dissipated the next day, I was able to sleep soundly that night knowing my family and home are safe. Thanks Wire Works!"

"They did a great job, but there is a couple of things that were not done very good. The wire clamp holding the wire going into the electric meter wasn't attached properly and the new seal that was installed sealing the wire going into the house leaked. These were easily fixed by me."

"Andrew came to our house between Ann Arbor and Plymouth at 8 PM on Tuesday when a storm caused an electrical outage. We had a generator but we're only getting partial power in the house. Andrew ran tests inside the house, determining that not enough power was coming into the house. He then started testing different areas of the generator until he found the part not working. Once he located the problem, he quickly fixed it. Because he didn't give up on me or my problem, he restored electricity, saving me hundreds from food spoilage in a refrigerator and freezer. I don't think most electricians would have stuck with the problem or been able or willing to fix the generator. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would."

"I called Superior Power and Lighting because I had a power issue with outlets not working in my garage. No tripped breakers in my panel and everything else working in the house that I knew of. I was worried about possible damage from mice and was concerned about electrical hazards if this was the case. I called and spoke to David and asked if he could send a tech to my home even though it was after hours and would be charged for an emergency call . Instead of just saying yes and sending a tech out, David took the time to ask me questions and run through simple items to check that could be causing my problem. To preface the story, I am very hands on and do a lot of my own work around the house and I do not consider myself as a novice when it comes to electrical wiring or other things. David was able to identify the problem for me (turned out to be a tripped GFCI outlet in a bathroom that was wired with my garage outlets....wow....and I was all squared away. It s great to find people like this in business!
