"Fortunately, the electrical service was in good working order. After receiving confirmation of the electric, the HVAC company continued to insist that there was an electrical problem. J&E stuck by me to visit 3 more times to eventually prove to the HVAC company that the issue was with the unit. Without their help, I would not have been able to get the HVAC company to accept responsibility to get the unit fixed. After the initial service fee, all subsequent visits were not charged. During each visit, they fully checked the electric to confirm it was in working order. I would definitely recommend them for future service."
