That alone showed that he is not the average run in the mill electrician. He was willing to just see if it was even something he could fix! He fixed our initial issue THEN took time to look at our other chairs. He didn't have to do that! Again above and beyond!! He identified another potential issue with another chair and put some preventive measures in place to prevent the same thing from happening on that chair! The damage occurred before sunrise saturday morning & they were able to make an assessment & provide an estimate later that day. Unfortunately damage over weekend means parts stores aren't open & city inspector can't make it out till monday. So all repairs were done on monday & late that night Duke was finally able to reconnect service. Why can't these storms pass through on monday - thursday! Leave me weekend alone!"
