"Ron was prompt and possessed a friendly demeanor. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. He identified our problem immediately and resolved the issue; which, if hadn't been resolved would have probably caused a fire. He installed a new plug for the device to be plugged into and replaced another wall switch needing repair. He left the area where he worked clean and in order. We will definitely call Ron for other future electrical needs. Thank you, Ron for the exceptional customer service."

"Brian, the owner, contacted me immediately. Some electrical wiring needed to be moved and added elsewhere to install 1 outlet and 3 switches. We agreed on a price after he came and looked at the job. while the job was being completed, I decided I would put the switches in myself at a later date, which we agreed on. "I" should have re-negotiated the price, as I was still charged as if the switches had been included and installed. This was my error. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, and he and Nick were both very pleasant. I would hire them again."
