Jim was the first one to immediately respond to my inquiry on this site. From our first text to our meeting and projected estimate viewing, he was outstanding. Jim not only is a honest tradesman, he is an amazing educator; he explained the why and how for everything. When it was time to get the work completed, I was once again pleased to find his team member, electrician Josh Smith was equally wonderful.
