"They cleaned the gutters and the dryer vent. The workers on time and friendly. Customer service was good."

"The workman did a great job, were very friendly, and experienced. The clean up process was great too, well done!"

"Great job, showed up on time, took care to protect the exterior of the home, cleaned up when the job was finished. Overall very pleased."

"We have the maintenance program with One Hour Heating and Air Con and this was our maintenance visit, included with the annual program. Jasmine did a very thorough job, inspecting the furnace AND air conditioner that One-Hour installed last year. She was very clear in explaining what she was doing and gave us some recommendations (filters, etc.) that we can do to keep these expensive appliances in good shape. Buy the maintenance, it is worth every penny."

"Workers were neat professional and clean.!"

"Very prompt and efficient service. Reasonable price."

"The pro did the work of cleaning out the dryer vents. However, they left without discussing what they learned from the work. The picture that they sent with their project completion did not have particularly good pictures and did NOT show the lint that was removed from the vent exhaust. Moreover, the summary description of the work simply said that no problem was detected. Nothing about the exhaust cleaning. I called the office. The lady I spoke to kept talking about the quality work they did which did not answer my question about the lint removal. She did say there were pictures attached to the report. I agreed, but it was only of the vent and the roof. She sent me additional pictures that clearly showed the volume of lint removed on the roof. In my opinion, this whole experience could have been avoided if 1) the report summary explained that lint was removed, in addition to "there were no problems noted", and 2) all the pictures taken by the technicians been included."

"They installed a chimney liner, repaired the interior of the chimney in the attic and repaired to whole chimney outside on the roof. Wonderful workers, on time, worked so hard, cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend this company and the work they do. Excellent work from start to finish. Prompt and very reliable. Work done on Nov. 10, 2022"

"Cleaning was very well done."
