What I particularly appreciate what is the fact that went Seth arrived to look at the job and see what I needed he spent time with me listening to my needs and asked all along questions to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted. When he told me that the estimate will be available on a particular day it was there. Also, Joey was very diligent in letting me know the status of my work order, when the work would start, who is coming over and how to contact them if I needed to, and what supplies were in the warehouse and with supplies were still on or and when they were going to get there. I don’t think I could’ve asked for much more than that. The crews that showed up were there when they were supposed to. I even got heads up phone calls they were on their way. The cruise very professional, did an outstanding job, cleaned up, and even followed up by asking me if I was satisfied with the job. If I could put this company on speed dial, I would do it! I’m not saying that this was some of the best work and I had done, this was THE Best work I’ve ever had done. When I hired this company again? In a New York minute!"

They started and finished the job in the time promised and took great care to rebuild and fortify the foundation and grout work. I’m convinced the area is stronger now than when it was first constructed. The old grout was meticulously chipped-out, vacuumed-clean and re-packed with new super strong 5000-psi grout.
