"Chris reached out to me the same day and was able to fit me in the very next afternoon. Coordinating with him to do this job was easy and efficient. He really seemed to know what he was doing. He gave a very reasonable quote for septic pumping. Even though the job ended up involving more than originally thought, he only asked for a small increase to cover the additional dumping fee he had to pay out of pocket. I was more than happy to pay it and even chose to pay him a little extra because he was so generous and prompt. He also shared useful information/tips. "Garrett was a pleasure! Very professional and had a great (very long) pitch. We spent nearly three hours going over everything from Dabella's business ethics to viewing samples of the products and what it could potentially look like in our home. Everything seemed dandy and good quality. However the price was way out of our budget, even with their financing options (in total the price was comparable to my Subaru Legacy!) to convert our shower to a tub. Not to mention that I really didn't like the aesthetic of their acrylic products (which is the only choice btw). We initially had agreed to hire them but I just couldn't commit to something that I fully wasn't in love with. I'm sure other people would find their products appealing, but it just wasn't for us."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"
