"Our home was flooded with 3 inches of water throughout from hurricane Ian. Flood Proz owner Jesse came to my house 2 days after Ian hit SW Florida and walked me through the process of water/mold remediation. Jesse gave me a fair price and he and his crew worked every day for a week getting the job done, Jesse was there some nights until after midnight. "The plumbers were professional, competent, friendly, and accommodating. They didn't try to gouge me or goad me into getting services I didn't need. They fixed what needed to be fixed and did so in a timely manner. I should also note that a week or so after they repaired the issue in my home, I received a follow up call to check on the status of the repair and to make sure that the plumbers that had been dispatched to my home had acted in a professional way. I've never had a plumber (or any repair service) do a follow up like this. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend Platinum Plumbing in the future and will use them should the need arise."
