"I was replacing a toilet and found that the outlet where it attaches to the floor was almost entirely plugged with white mineral debris. My first thought was to remove the debris and continue to install the new toilet. I decided I needed to contact a plumbing expert for advice. I'm very glad I called Primo Plumbing. Mike explained what could be causing the debris buildup and suggested that I schedule an appointment for Primo Plumbing to inspect my sewage line with their state of the art video camera. My fear was that roots had entered into the system and causing the debris buildup. The camera inspection showed that there were no roots penetrating the system which was a huge relief. The final step in the process was to clean the mineral buildup inside of the sewer lines and this was quickly done with their high pressure jetting system. I'm very satisfied with the quality of their work and prompt service. The entire job only took Primo Plumbing about 60 minutes."
