"Mid Tenn Home Solutions provides the best plumbing service I have had in decades: prompt, (here at the agreed time the day after the heater arrived), appropriate cost (over $1700 less than the nearest estimate; i.e., not adjusted upward for Zipcode), listened to my ideas and concerns, followed them when appropriate and explained why if they thought another solution was better, very professional, clearly expert plumbers, in contrast to most (Steve Brown a co-owner with Rocky Burrell, is a certified Master Plumber and trains the other plumbers), efficient 3-man crew, repeatedly checked to see if I approved of next step, clearly aimed to please in every regard, didn't just do the plumbing but took pride in the manner in which it was done, left the site spotless, and invited me to call if there were any questions., The job was completed in about six hours. This is the kind of service one hopes for but seldom gets. I have already asked them to do another project. I recommend them without reservation."

Even though this work was after normal business hours, he contacted the plumbing supplier and worked with them to re-open their warehouse to obtain the necessary water heater.
