"Patrick was professional from the time I reached out up until his arrival at my home. I explained that the control valve from my sump pump seemed to be malfunctioning over the phone, and within a couple of minutes of being on site and verifying the issue, he got to work. About an hour later, he had the part replaced and my sump pump functioning normally and much more quieter than it had been prior. He even cleaned out the basin the pump was sitting in and disposed of the yard debris that crept in. The homeowner and plumbing wisdom that he bestowed on our household was elite as well. Patrick is "our guy"! Thanks Patrick!"

"I reached out to The Waterline Group (TWG) after getting a quote from one of the large plumbing companies in the area. The problem was a bad Backflow Preventer. The quote was very high and included work that didnâ t need to be done. TWG inspected the problem and got me on the schedule quickly for $900 less than what I was previously quoted. The TWG technicians were very polite and efficient and everything has been working great ever since. TWG exceeded my expectations and they will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing problem."

"Three plumbers tried, and messed it up more. They got it fixed. I would call them again."

"Five Star Bath Solutions did an amazing job on our master bathroom! Their customer service from beginning to end was top notch-- couldn't have asked for a better experience. My wife and I had tons of questions and from the salesman to the install manager, to Brittny in the office, to Steve the installer... they took the time to answer everything, and it was perfect. Our Master bathroom looks like our dream bathroom now. I highly recommend Five Star and will be using them again for our guest bath!"

"Kevin and Vinnie did a great job installing our new tub, toilet and floors"

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"Extremely responsive to my inquiry. Truly appreciate the prompt outreach and the support in finding the correct type of pro. If I ever have an outdoor/underground plumbing need, I will keep this company in mind."

"We appreciate Renken for helping us pick everything we needed for our new bathroom. Renken is very professional. Installers are top notch."

"All Aspects Waterproofing installed a French Drain and new sump pump in my basement. The project also required adding a curb to the foundation. From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule. All of the workers who came and did the hard work were great - they worked very clean and went above and beyond helping remove items I needed to have out of the way for their work and left my basement and yard (where they needed to do some of the prep like making concrete) spotless. They were great - responsible, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reassuring - and I would totally use them again. Also, great value."
