"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "They are this good and I am just that lucky! Saw a leak this morning at 830 AM. Called the main number, Marcus called back quick, sent pictures, installed new one and hauled off the old one by 230-3. Great Team. With that quick of a response and completing the job within the same day, it was worth every penny. Tried to upload photos but they were too big Highly recommend PLP"

"I have a rent house that needed to be brought up to code. George said he could complete the work for $7000. There was a back bathroom that needed to be renovated, interior of house was repainted except ceilings, many electrical repairs were done, water damage in garage was repaired and several plumbing repairs performed. He also replaced and painted 9 interior doors and installed 2 closet doors.
I thought George's bid was somewhat high but I was in a bind so I went with him as he could start right away. George got started on time. As George got into the job he uncovered more and more problems. I was happy that George wanted to "do things right" but I was also clear that that the budget was $7000. I know George did his best to keep the cost down but he quickly went $1000 over budget which was too much in my opinion. 
George was really good about showing up on time. He was good at keeping me in the loop about what was going on. George also
took care of all the other contractors (plumbers and electricians) which helped me a lot.
George ended up doing a lot more work than we had discussed but it ended up costing me a lot more than I had budgeted.
I was happy with the work that George did. He did a nice job on all the repairs. He was very professional, did a good job at cleaning up and finished the job on time. The house rented in 2 days.
I would certainly use George again.

They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together."
