He's also the only one who wore "booties" over his shoes for the estimate and the work. He also calls before he comes over, which is also rare. And he provides written estimates; I met with two other plumbers, one whom I had worked with before, and both seemed reluctant to quote an exact price or write one down. Matt removed an old washer hook up and installed a new one in less time than I expected and for a somewhat reasonable price given the higher cost of materials now. His work is also neat and he cleans up afterward. Best of all, he showed up. I called about 25 plumbers within a 30-mile radius. Some told me I was outside of their coverage area. Central Maine needs honest, resonsive, and professional plumbers. Matt's practical, hard work ethic gives me hope for the future. I will call him again."
