"My experience from start to finish was amazing. I called to let them know that we had no hot water, they set an appointment for that very same day. The technician, Jacob, arrived 20 minutes early. He was courteous, professional, and friendly (my dog loved him). He checked on the water heater to see if it needed repair or replacement, then showed me exactly why it needed to be replaced. He said they could replace it immediately. He left to pick up a new water heater and someone to help him and within three hours of his arrival, we had hot water again. "My undermount kitchen sink fell in on itself and I was not finding any contractor that would touch and undermount sink. Juan was more than willing and capable. It was a difficult task due to I wanted to replace the sink with a single bowl going from a dual bowl. The new sink was a challenge due to it being it slightly larger and deeper. The cabinet also was challenge, due it being a little small for the new sink as well, so he had to modify it, but it when he put it back together, it was like it never happened. He was able to remove the old sink, install the new sink, and update the plumbing for the single bowl as well. I could not be happier!"

"My work was supposed to be completed in December, I am supposed to get the 1st 6 months no payments but my bathroom is not finished the plumbers messed up and it was leaking down in my bathroom downstairs. They finally sent another plumber and he found the problem but he said he would be back when he got the part,. It has been 2 weeks and haven't heard a thing. I wish there was a way I could get out of this It is really poor customer service"
