To keep costs down, I had to limit the plumber to repairing/replacing the toilet tank water line (old bidet water line adapter was stuck and unable to disconnect), so I had to complete the installation of the new bidet onto the toilet bowl myself, which took less than 5 minutes... but saved me an additional $200+!"

"Travis and Jose arrived on time and went right to work on using their electronic equipment to locate where my sewer line ran from the house. They had to get up on the roof and run a cable down through a vent, then track where the cable was in the sewer pipe under ground. A former owner of the house created this problem because they built a brick patio right over the old access pipes so you couldn't get to them if you needed to clean out your sewer line! I don't get some people! Anyway, the men dug down about four feet through tree roots and dirt right on target to where the sewer line ran. I was totally impressed by their hard work and knowledge of my situation. They then installed the new PVC pipes by cutting the old sewer line and making a union with the new parts. They filled it I, watering it down as they went and cleaned up the area without leaving a trace -- except my new clean out access ports just above grade as I had asked. GREAT JOB GUYS! They were totally polite, professional and answered every question we put to them. I've got some piece of mind now and I say that's well worth the price. I will call on RAM again if I have any other plumbing issues. They have my respect and best recommendation.
