"I use Counsil for the quality of their work and trust them to do it to highest city inspection standards. I had to do two replacement sewer lines. Counsil plumbing did the digging, plumbing and cement work with same people; the other contractor did plumbing, subcontracted sleeving sewer line and subcontracted concrete work. Counsil left the house as he found it. The other contractor left trash, rebar and wood and never came back. "Our old water heater was about 20 years old.  It did not pass an energy audit for CA State rebates so we had to replace it or forfeit the rest of the work we wanted done under the State's energy improvements rebate program, Auditor estimated $1700 for replacement,

Alex (manager) and Anthony (technician) were very professional in setting up and installing the water heater.  Everything, including potential contingencies, was priced in the estimate by Water Heaters Masters.  When the City Inspector wanted the overflows (pan and water heater) run to outside of the house, Water Heaters Masters kept to their estimate despite the long run of copper and PVC needed, and the trickiness of running those lines around the adjacent new HVAC and its ducting in the crawlspace.
